Child Safety Standards for MovingSpot

MovingSpot is committed to maintaining a safe environment and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

1. Prohibited content and behavior

MovingSpot strictly prohibits any content, activity, or user behavior involving:

• Child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Grooming or attempts to sexually exploit minors.
• Sextortion, trafficking, or coercion involving minors.
• Any sexualized content involving minors.
• Any attempt to share, request, promote, or distribute illegal child safety-related content.

2. Reporting and in-app feedback

Users can report safety concerns, inappropriate content, suspected child safety issues, or abuse through the in-app report/contact feature when available, or by contacting us directly at: [email protected].

Reports related to child safety are reviewed as a priority.

3. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently remove users who violate these standards.

Confirmed or suspected child sexual abuse material or child sexual exploitation may be reported to the appropriate regional, national, or international authorities where required by applicable law.

4. Compliance with child safety laws

MovingSpot complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. We take appropriate action when we become aware of content or behavior that may involve child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment.

5. Age and intended audience

MovingSpot is not intended for children. The app is designed for invited users in a nightlife context.
